Program Terms & Conditions

1. Referrer need not be a former customer to participate.  If referrer is a former ICU Agents customer, they must be an account in good-standing.

2. Referred Customer must: 

   1. Complete the customer contact information form and identify the referring individual by name.

   2. Have only one referrer per referee.

   3. Have not have been an ICU Agents, LLC customer before being referred

   4. Surveillance Systems - must purchase equipment and installation services from ICU Agents, LLC 

   5. Monitored Alarm - must purchase equipment and installation services from ICU Agents, qualify and sign a minimum of 3 yr service contract with Vector Alarm for monitoring services.  MasterCard will be issued and mailed to address on file 6 weeks after sale is final.

3. ICU Agents, LLC. may suspend, change, or cancel this program at any time, without notice. ICU Agents, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any customer’s participation in the Refer-A-Friend program for fraud, abuse, misuse, harassment, or other inappropriate or suspicious activity.
